	19/05/2025 Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League, received Mr. Li Shulei, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Secretary of the General Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, and head of its Information Department, on 19 May at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States. Mr. Li was accompanied by a high-level delegation as part of his official tour of the Arab region, which includes visits to the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Tunisia, and the Kingdom of Morocco.

	16/05/2025 Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, paid a visit to Lieutenant General Ibrahim Jaber, Vice-President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, at his residence in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, which is hosting the 34th Arab Summit. Lieutenant General Jaber is leading the Sudanese delegation and is scheduled to deliver his country’s address during the summit proceedings.
